Even though the director of the movie “Crash” is currently under house arrest in Italy, Chaudhry keeps insisting that the accusations against her client are false. She and Haggis had previously mentioned that the scandal over the name of the screenwriter is a way to make money. These two are doing everything to prove their truth.
"Under Italian law, I cannot discuss the evidence. That said, I am confident that all allegations will be dismissed against Mr. Haggis. He is totally innocent, and willing to fully cooperate with the authorities so the truth comes out quickly," said Chaudhry.
