Luke Macfarlane Says he Had only one Idea in his Head How to Earn Money
Being unappreciated had brought the actor to a very bad psychological state.
Luke Macfarlane almost gave up on the rocky path. The star felt his occupation was somewhat useless and unvalued.
In an interview with Vanity Fair, Luke Macfarlane says that the actor's profession in small towns was rarely appreciated. When he has just started his career, the performer thought people would be interested to hear "attitude about Hamlet” or such stuff.
The dawning realization hit later. His ideas were wrong, he had to focus on earning money. Soon the disappointment reached the point where Luke decided to quit. That is until he received many great offers and achieved fame.
“I really felt open to what they had to teach me. As a kid in a small town, your idea of an actor is Inside the Actor’s Studio like, people are going to be really interested in your take on Hamlet. Then you realize, oh no, you actually have to make a living.”
