Kenneth Petty required 15 months of jail for improper documents

Nicki Minaj’s husband Kenneth Petty’s shameful act in early 1994 will follow him till his death. He thought that changing his residence place will change his previous life.
As The Insider reports, the federal prosecutors of California require 15 month of jail for Kenneth. According to court’s documents, he is accused in not registering as “sex offender” after he moved to the state.
Kenneth probably thought that the place of living matters, meanwhile he will carry that heavy case with him forever.
“Having previously been convicted of attempted rape, defendant knowingly failed to register as a sex offender upon moving to California”.
