“First Kill” Showrunner Confessed They Did Shootings with Many People During Pandemic
The decision of the production team could be considered illegal.
It is crazy to think about the sacrifices the “First Kill” crew members went through to make the movie come true. The showrunner, Felicia D. Henderson, can’t hide her disappointment.
When the world was escaping crowded places, the members and cast of the Netflix series were on the set. As the showrunner told The Daily Beast, there were no vaccines against the horrible virus at the time. But every person involved in the production was ready to risk it.
Unfortunately, the streaming platform decided to cancel the show because of low watching rates.
“The creative team was very supportive when we were shooting the show under harrowing conditions — before there were ‘vaccines for all’ in Atlanta, a very overcrowded production hub.”
